I'm starting college. I'm majoring in music, but specifically classical guitar. So if anyone has any classical guitar tracks they want recorded, shoot me a PM and I'll try to get to them ASAP. My schedule is pretty packed atm, but I have moments where I want to record something and have nothing to record.

Just uploaded my upcoming EP album's artwork. I need some suggestions for an album name.

What are your suggestions?

I'm tired of hearing a lot of orchestrated movie music in the classical section, it needs it's own genre (because it is a completely different genre). Honestly, alot of it sounds uninspired to me. Almost all of them pretty much sound the same to me. I want to see more CLASSICAL music in the CLASSICAL genre. Just because you made a piano song or used EWO doesn't mean it's classical. I know there are different sub-genres of classical, and many would call these songs sub-genres, but when I think classical I want to see something that sounds inspired. Hell, I'll even take neo-classical over this crap.

I'm not trying to say anyone sucks, I'm just tired of the wrong categorization.

Just bought myself a M-Audio KeyRig 49 key controller. It' pretty awesome, I can't play piano but this saves me time from pointing and clicking. I have an udnerstanding of the keyboard though, so i'll get it soon. The velocity seems a little too sensitive for me though.

My first flash was posted yesterday, and managed to snag the daily feature!

It's just quick tutorial that covers the basics on how to read tablature and sheet music, but it has a lot of really helpful information in it, so please check it out!

EDIT: I kinda feel bad I let this thing out with all these mistakes in it (movie, not music). I'm working on the next one being bigger and longer, so I hope to get more people interested in this.

Having a hard time getting cash, but soon I promise I'll have an elctric-nylon string guitar for recording my classical guitar peices!

And I'm working on adding dynamics to my music, and making them less midi like. In fact, most of my songs were written in guitar pro, and imported into FL studio through a MIDI file. but now I'm starting to understand the playlist, and understanding how to make the instruments more human like, so expect some more quality tracks in the near future!
