Great stuff

As always, excellent work. You can tell a lot of effort was put into this. Newgrounds composers need to strive for this tier of production more often.

The motif is nice, and like you said it's very dynamic. I was interested throughout the whole piece, and didn't even realize almost 3 minutes went by.

Gravey responds:

Aw shucks bud. Thanks a ton. Your kind words are much appreciated. :-)

Great

I'm glad I found you and your music, great stuff. I am a big fan of organ music. I wish I had a scrap of your writing ability. I can't write more then one independent voice very well, so I always appreciate those who can.

Much better!

I like this once much better than Hero's March. Musically this is much more interesting. I just wish the quality of instruments were a bit better, but we do what we can don't we?

Pretty good!

I like it, and you do a good job getting that epic sound across. My only problem with this song is you're using a generic techno chord progression through-out the whole song. Now, for electronica that may be okay, but there are so many chords in the whole world of music, so why only stick with 4? I noticed two separate progressions, but they where both the same intervals.

I think you have potential to make this awesome, but to me it sounds like a techno song orchestrated.

good work though, it definitely sounds epic.

Horrible

This is a terribly organized composition with poor sounding synths. The bass doesn't mesh well with the drum beat, which I will say is the only redeeming part of the song. The trumpet is all over the place, at 1:23 is the only part the actually caught my attention.

I'm glad you don't like my music or FatKidWitAJetPak's audio, if you liked our stuff it that would make our music awful.

Cuzone responds:

You suck. I'm glad your opinion isn't shared by the people who gave me 9s and 10s.

horrible

quite possible the most annoying synth I have ever heard. Since this was sort of musical, I'll vote fairly.

Bad Synth
Bad sounds
Needs work, and lots of it.

A few transitions were nice though.

Cuzone responds:

I say to you the same thing I said to some other asshole on some other song just a minute ago: I took your review seriously until I listened to your *yawn* music.

You like it

Atleast one person likes it then, because I don't.

Horrible MIDI sounds and genre switching to get best of week, tsk tsk.

Cuzone responds:

So by that I can reach the obvious conclusion that you think all MIDI music is horrible? You're clueless, sorry.

And yes, of course I changed the genre, because idiots (probably you) go to the popular categories and zero everything before the list is changed.

great

Now, for a classical song the structure is simple, but I like the use of chromaticism. I'd like to hear a main melody instead of chords and arpeggios, but this song sounds fine without one.

great job

Fr0zEnPh0eNiX responds:

I'll certainly work on that.

I have this problem where I'm in love with arpeggios, not sure why.

Nice

Sounds great, I can't wait for it.

1 or 2 weeks, no more :)
Kontakt patch can be played also with the Kontakt Player (free) but after 30 minutes gets in "demo mode" and you'll have to restart it.
The Mu.Lab patch can be used in Mu.Lab free without any limitation ;)

nice

I suggest maybe bringing in the bass a bit earlier. Also, maybe get a stronger sounding synth, because it sounds like there's a bit too much reverb on it. I really liked the build up, but it can be a lot better if you make the synth more present. Maybe try some arpeggiated melody for the intro to make it a bit more interesting.

Great job, I'd like to hear the finished version.
