sounds pretty cool

I'd have a real guitar player play your guitar parts for you, because FL slayer really killed it for me. the melody was very depressing, only thing I would do is change up some more parts, because it gets repetative.

awesome

this sounds great, your's and BOUNC3 are the only tetris remixs I actually enjoyed

I've been looking

for a harpsichord sound for some of my more classical compositions. What VST or program did you use (if you don't mind me asking?)

Nice job, The boroque period is my favorite for music. I think you nailed it, just needs a little fix at the end for the loop.

Flash-MX responds:

Thanks for the review!
Unfortunately, this was not a VST but a preset Combinator Patch on Reason 4 :(
I think the Garritan Personal Orchestra has some harpsichord samples (I'm not 100% on this; I have yet to purchase the GPO) but other than that I'm really not sure on VSTs

Thanks for the comment on the composition, admittedly I prefer Romantic to Baroque any day, but this was one for "composition exploration"

I may be doing some more in the future, but i'd be interested in hearing some of your own,
Later!

Peace

pretty cool

nothing I can hear that needs improved, it just sounds like every other trance/techno song in the AP. Only suggest adding something to make it more interesting.

please don't use FL slayer

it's a nice tune, but please, I'd rather listen to guitar pro than that annoying clank sound from FL slayer.

it'd also be better if you let certain notes ring out and slow it down a bit.

I don't watch anime

but this sounds awesome. I see you're a Rozen maiden fan too, geez my friend is into elfen lied and rozen maiden. He actually asked me to do a cover of "Hagashi Omoi" that I would be grateful if you would check out (okay, enough self advertising =P).

Overall I liked it, it seems really good, the only problem I had was that some of the parts sounded a bit flat, and the violins seemed a bit too vibrato-y. The music box in the beginning was a nice touch, I guess it has something to do with the anime, but it fit in nicley. Great job.

Hoeloe responds:

Sorry about the strings. The fix I really need is a new sound patch for them, but they cost, so it's not going to happen any time soon.

I liked it

BTW, if you don't mind me asking, how did you get that harpsichord sound? Mind linking me to the VST?

sorohanro responds:

all backing track is made in Reason, so ... no VST
but I'll try to find a good one, free if possible ;)

awesome man

it sounds like a mix between michael angelo batio, bucket head, and Yngwie malmsteen styles.

joplajop responds:

epic

cool

Sounds kinda like doom music, like soemthing out of Zdaemon

la-yinn responds:

What a coincidence, somebody else said another song of mine sounded like Doom music. Though I've never played the games/heard the soundtracks so I wouldn't know. :p

Thanks for the review.
